Brit here for translations and context!
    - Anton (red captain) is a professional dancer, see Strictly Come Dancing. love him
    - Loose Women is a talk show, so calling her a 'loose woman' is both a reference to that show and also defo a sexual pun. its like early 2000s things were different ok
    - the hairy bikers are two chefs who iirc just go motorbiking around britain (and maybe different countries idk) and cook things. honestly a very good show i love them
    - not a context thing but i remember an episode with beth tweddle, an olympic gymnast, and [SPOILER] she just fuckin nails every wall its so funny. so try to find that episode if u can its a banger
    - yeah usually the mystery guest is a sexy woman. keeps the dads interested? again its early to mid 2000s tv. its how it be
    i think thats everything enjoy

I'm loving the British reaction series you are doing at the minute and as a Brit would highly recommend you to watch a series called Britain Unzipped. It's a comedy series with two hosts Greg James, a well known Radio 1 DJ, and Russel Kane, a British comedian. The series is up on UA-cam and perfectly captures for me the humour of secondary school it is a proper timecapsule and I think you'd love it!

You should watch 'You Bet', an old British TV show in which Z-list celebrities bet on whether or not members of public can perform unlikely feats. One particular example was a crane driver trying to get a teabag into a cup using only the hook on the crane from a height of about 30 feet in the air.

Some of the British panel shows that I remember watching and enjoying were:
    - Mock the Week
    - Nevermind the Buzzcocks (i feel like this would be a great one for stream particular any season with Simon Amstell as the host)
    - celebrity juice (bit risky for stream potentially)
    - QI (the classic)
Outside of panel shows, the UK have arguably the best sketch comedy shows in the world.
(The Peter Serafinowicz Show, That Mitchell and Webb look, Ruddy Hell its Harry and Paul! etc.)
But as someone from Ireland I would be remisce not to mention the absolute GOAT of classic comedy shows in my opinion:

When I was working in media I Knew one of the production team. She was also going to involved in a program I was working on and one day after we'd gone through the meetings, we shared a hotel room, so we could claim 2 room on expenses but only pay for one. While in the room I was using her laptop to check my email. But she'd not signed out of hers. I read an email from one of people on this show, not this episode, but another one. It was from their agent agreeing to the fee of £******... I asked her if all others were offered that price. She said sometimes a bit more or a bit less. I said if they're paying so much why don't they get real celebrities and not people that were once famous 20 years ago?. She said that with proper celebrities it never gets any further than the email or call to the agent.
But I think that any person regardless of how famous they are would do this for a 6 figure number. Just imagine being slapped in the face by a plastic wall and getting a bit wet then leaving the studio and walking into a Aston Martin show room and being able to drive home in their latest car? hahaha

Now that's my childhood right there. How about Escape From Scorpion Island if you can find it or Jungle Run, 2 very iconic british kids challenge tv shows

Can you watch "Awake: the million dollar game show"? Contestants have to stay awake for 24hours counting quarters and all the quarters they count they keep

I think Stanz's gigabrain would be good at Only Connect! It's a quiz show and it's really good. Even just one episode!

Don’t know if you’ve seen these already or if there’s American versions, but some shows that come to mind are:
    Total wipeout
    The Crystal Maze
    Catchphrase
    The weakest link
    Deal or no deal
    Supermarket sweep

pretty sure Total Wipeout and Deal or No Deal have US version. The Weakest Link did do a US version sometimes with original host Anna.
