You need 3mm spacing on the coupler ears/front to back.
You need to shorten the driveshaft, you want 90-100% spline engagement, the splines inside the midshaft are only 1 to 1-1/4" long.
West system 105 epoxy resin, hardener depending on your temperature.
Search x-h20 for rocker nose ideas, lots of people have rockered OEM hulls
