I really like that Spell as well for the reason you gave. It also feels really good making extra rolls at Treasure counting time - even if you have to pick one result over the other.
my first Stargrave Capt was a robotics expert. Got the roll for create robot after each of the first 3 games I played with him. Was so nice to not have to pay to replace recruits.
@@bricksblocksgaming8017 I own quite a few from the series as well, and like it quite a lot for how cheap the figures are in comparison to lego figures. Great for fantasy war scenes ⭐
Yeah it's a bit OP for money making compared with other options and even compared with just picking up Treasure! I would like to have seen Potions being some of the cheaper Magic things in the game both for buying and selling. Since they're consumable, it's hard to justify purchasing them, and most of them sell for WAY too much compared with other things.
I love reveal secret. It takes the pressure off of getting the central treaure

I really think it's an interesting idea but I tend to just favour normal spells. I don't get very lucky with rolling the out of game spells
I honestly tend to fail my Out of Game rolls WAY more than I statistically should. 😂
