    Hi...how often do we have to stretch our back to get flexible? Do we take interval days rest

      I recommend stretching 20-30 minutes each day, 4-5 days per week.

      @@FlexAbilitiesLLC Hello. 20-30 min per day for each body part? or for whole body? Can i stretch way more till i will achieve my splits? And then stress 30 min per day?
