- An anime and lofi inspired looping fight sequence.
Wanted to try out something new that didn't take months to schedule, prep, shoot and edit. With looping fights, I can practice my camera and action direction more often as it only takes a day to shoot. Much easier on everyones schedules and it allows me to upload content a "bit" more constantly in between bigger projects. Hope you all like the vibes.

Looks better than a movie tbh. A movie would use too much CGI, when it's apparent here that it looks so much better using grounded techniques.

Sound design directly integrated with background soundtrack is an instant win for me. You're still the closest person I've seen to a real-life anime-cinematography style. Ground-level shots and shots that don't just follow but amplify the action in the scene are beautiful even without plot or context. It's just a dance between the stuntmen and the cameraman. Love this channel and can't wait to see more!

As usual, I'm in love with the way the camera lets us fly around and through the scene, but still keeps the fight in focus. You can feel every impact, and all the movements have weight and flow that looks so realistic! Thanks for making this for us!
This is really cool, I love how it captures the feeling of an anime fight, while also remaining at least somewhat within suspension of disbelief!
If an 1 hour version of this existed, I would watch the entire thing.

The camera angles and POVs are so well done. They scream anime fight. This is beyond badass. I’d love to see a light saber duel one day incorporate this style.
Even realizing it was a loop I watched the whole thing in a trance. Their movement is magical
man, this is sooo good. Comic books have this trope that we’ve rarely seen translated to film where the hero tackles the villain into the portal and they’re locked in eternal combat. Most films/shows like WhatIf just choose not even try to represent an eternal fight, they just have them come back through the portal when they’re freed, but I think this absolutely nails how to do that.
That last move at the end was great, worth watching the rest of it

I saw Vergil kicking the crap out of Dante’s head and then saw something wonderful, when they clashed swords the camera angle captured dust and… I just cannot believe how good these video’s are.

The flow of this is incredible. The camerawork doesn't remove you from the moment, each movement seems intentional....I could watch this all day. Will definitely be coming back to this for inspiration while I storyboard my next fight sequence. Love it!

The fact that this gave me vibes and flash backs to obi wan and anakin fighting on mustafar. They were both evenly matched and masters of their craft. And then anakin’s over confidence resulted in him losing. You can literally see it in how these two match each other blow for blow and land attacks on one another while still keeping the flow of the battle. I love seeing how you have evolved your craft I grew up watching your channel and have the same interests. Im almost 30 now and it pleases me to see you went from making UA-cam vids to working in Hollywood. Keep up the good work bro!
