I have been in the audience at this concert in Hamburg/Markthalle - and I'm grateful till today, that I had the chance seeing this fantastic band live!
Page & Plant, Mercury & May, Jagger & Richards, Tyler & Perry etc... if Chisel had been a northern hemisphere band I firmly believe Jim & Mossy would have been spoken of in the same terms. Bloody legends.
@@mattgaertner4125 Pretty much (and sadly) every rock fan in the Northern Hemisphere. I personally rate them as importantly as the others I mentioned, but outside Australia, even during the band's initial career, they weren't even close to being considered as big as those other names. With a few more tours, that might have changed a bit but sadly they fell apart instead.
Absolutely ace, Case. Thanks for posting. Its true to the studio version, totally tight and inspiring. "And when they shaft my brother dear, and pay him off with lies, I fill my hand with a union card and aim between the eyes", a beautiful lyric in a brilliant song.
Not yet, this tour went well and the band was on fire as shown on this DVD. They also won rave reviews from the German rock press. It was the following year's tour supporting Roger Chapman where it all fell apart leading to the sacking of Steve Prestwich. That was the beginning of the end.
Bloody brilliant. These guys were so good live.

you , my friend have done what most living chisel fans have not, seen them maybe not in best form , but in their youthful prime
Chisel at their heaviest. Simply brilliant
Amen... my favourite album cut...... favourite drum song ever
A great concert.
Phil is a great bass player , he gave the band their " funk " . A great band all round . Steve sadly missed .
what a power house...all the big bands must have loved them...

they all would quietly rate chisel...
World class without question.

Yeah, no worries at all mate. They are absolutely unreal, no one rocks like chisel. Rock on. Cheers.
Thanks for this.
Mossy is gold
EPIC Steve Prestwich
You should check out Metho Blues.....
I see Don Walker hitting the keys, but nothing is coming out. Lmao.
Musically at there peak, but as a band probably imploding at this stage. unfortunate
