    Hadta rewatch this.
Just went to Melbourne gig. THE most amazing, not only Chisel gig, but probably in the top 3 rock shows I've ever been to, and I'm old enough to have seen all the real ones. To have Tex and the Cruel Sea on before topped the night off.
Thank you for being part of 50 years of my life.
    Well done 👏
And Jimmy, for the record, I'm sitting having coffee with Anne Marie as I write this.
    Hit the road Jack.
    Truck on.
    🤟😎👍🚛🚛🚛

Nobody in this band screams. What Jimmy does is called a vocal squall. Very gospel like and freaking AMAZING!

It's great to see them all looking fit and healthy. As far as Aussie bands go, Iconic as the Harbour Bridge.:)

In 1980 and 81, I was blessed to have Don Walker's brother, "Richard Walker," as my school teacher at South Grafton HS. As students, a few of us were offered to meet the band after school, when the band was visiting Richard Walker's home in Grafton. As I lived out of town, I missed the opportunity, as I had to catch a school bus home. Missing that opportunity, is something that I have always regretted.

I remember walking into ,The Bondi Lifesaver back in 1977, and seeing these guys on stage, and you could hear instantly, the unique, sound and magic, I bought the, first record the next day. So continued a lifetime love affair with the band.

Is there anyone else in the band that can speak other than Jimmy Barnes ?
    Sorry
But I thought it was a interview with the last 4 surviving members of cold chisel
    Not Jimmy Barnes solo show
I guess those guys have got immense patience for the situation that only they know of so well
If I can say this if he can’t get a word In
    Phill small
You were and still are a integral part of the band
    Let alone Sir Don
    As
    For Ian moss
One of the greatest guitarist of Australian rock music period

Phil's never had much to say. Very much the sensible, quiet one lol
Jimmy hasn't stopped talking since 1981.

I reckon they are happy to have Jim speak as Ian, Phil and Don notoriously shy away from interviews....

That would be Charley Drayton, an American who was Chrissey Amphletts husband so likely, he's a very good choice.

And Adelaide where they started gets only a single gig. Go figure !! A real slap in the face to all the old followers whose encouragement and support in the early 1970s contributed significantly to the development and success of Chisel.

Update 2 weeks later ...... 6 extra concerts scheduled 2 in Sydney 1 in the Hunter Valley and 1 in Canberra AGAIN how about an extra in Adelaide where Chisel started.
Perhaps the boys memories are shot after the wild lives they followed and they have simply forgotten the formative years

Adelaide is notorious in entertainment industry for not selling tickets when they go on sale ,always waiting until the last possible minute to just show up and expect to get in. Early sales indicate to promoters the viability of the show. If it doesn't sell enough early enough they can't justify the cost. It gets cancelled. The industry learned that, so nobody bothers touring Adelaide. Only the people of Adelaide can change their ways to change the way the industry sees them.

It's a bloody great to know they're back.
For me without Don Walker as the main writer would they be the same
A amazing writing talent so good.
    Australia's loved band by far.
    Saturday night Saturday night.
    Bloody Awesome. 😂😂😂😂

She asks if they remember playing the Bunbury Recreation Centre in the late 80s because she was there! Total fake BS from her. They split in 1983 and reformed in 1998. Everything about Nat Barr is fake.

Don looks really happy as usual. Pity preswitch is gone. He wrote some great stuff. Phil looks totally thrilled to be back on tour. NOT. Playing is great. Touring sucks. I can’t imagine any of then are thrilled to do it at this age.
