Wtf
This has only made me love this man more
This man is ready for the apocalypse and then the rebuild afterwards

The year is 2077. Humanity is all but extinct after its self destructive nuclear collapse between waring super powers. Despite this, one man could very well lead humanity back to its former glory. Using a long forgotten "freeze dried" technology, he has been able to feed the starving souls of the wasteland; thus earning their loyality. As the vault door to his underground bunker opens an audible "HISSSSSSSSSSSS" drowns out all noise, but one word...
"nice"
Steve: "So anyway I started freeze drying".
You can do it Steve. We believe in you.
The excitement in Steve’s voice when his freeze drying efforts have worked. Superb!
Natick Food Labs sheds a single tear of pride. The student has become the master.
Nothing like hearing Steve say “Nice Hiss’ from opening his own freeze dried MRE. PRICELESS
Steve is like a kid on Christmas, opening a huge pile of exciting presents. This literally made my Thanksgiving. So wholesome!
From someone who has no interest in MRIs, I would 100% buy several from you. Your channel is amazing, and you are just so great! Speaks volumes how people like me outside of the normal demographic can't get enough!
I too have no interest in Magnetic Resonance Imagers.

When you've tried all of the MRE's in the world, so you have to start making your own. One of the most iconic and entertaining videos, can't wait to see Christmas dinner Steve!
I'm glad to live in a world where someone so genuine doing something unique he loves get's >700,000 views in two months.
The "let's get this out onto a tray" moment was comedy gold. It was just a matter of time before this finally happened and I couldn't be happier this Thanksgiving. Thank you Steve!
Dont forget, "Nice hiss."
Yeah there was a slight stutter where you could tell Steve couldn't believe it.
A tip for freeze drying green beans for the casserole. Freeze dry the sauce and the green beans separately and then add them together in the package before vacuum sealing. Just do a quick poach of fresh green beans that way they will stay a little firmer and not be over cooked
Hey Steve, anything you want to come out smooth, like the gravy, just run it in the blender after freeze drying, until it turns to powder. Makes a big difference when you rehydrate. Happy Thanksgiving!
That's genius! It's the simple things that often make stuff just right. Awesome.
If you process it after drying, run it through the dryer again before packaging. It'll have soaked up some humidity just naturally.
@@mfree80286 yea. Freeze dry, blend, freeze dry, package.
Steve making his own MREs is the UA-cam equivalent of "Please stop praying for my grandpa he's become too powerful".
Its everyone saying "nobody can make the perfect MRE" and Steve said "hold my beer" 😆
Straight up my favourite UA-cam content creator. The pride he has for his homemade MRE is 100% deserved. So rad!
I love how excited he got throughout the whole process
@@heeeydevon8262 It was so heartwarming to watch!
You can tell how excited Steve is as he's re-hydrating everything. It's awesome, I love it.
I lost it when he said to put this on a tray. You couldn't even see the tray. Steve, I love you man. Keep up the good work.
can you imagine? Freeze Drying a meal you made and mailing it to a long distance friend or S/O? Holy crap, that would be awesome!
Steve's next video idea
