I'm taking a safety course and Fayol came up, as. management theorist who influenced Safety theory. So it was interesting to see "security" as one of the Industrial function...which I read as 'safety'.

In the classical theory of Fayol we are be oming flamboyant while discovering all the characteristics of a manager,the Herzbergs intrinsic and extrinsic comes under the performer while providing assistance to the team or being treated as a junior coder.
Really the matter of bring scold or in highering my technical knowledge in front of a manager will be of high quality cherish of the organizational of TCS,the intrinsics also a matter of measure of the junior worker comes under.

I personally couldn't boil it down to one concept. He has an entire book on management so it's hard for me to pick a main concept. However, I have a related video called Classical Management Theory that you could watch that compares and contrasts Fayol to some other theorists. That might help.

I think it’s because that was the English translation and republication of his work and it came out later than the original writings.
