- This is a short, 12-week introductory course in Management. Chapter 1 covers the very basics of the subject. Management, Organization, Managers, nonmanagerial employees, organizational structure, top managers, middle managers, first-line managers, supervisor, CEO, CFO, COO, VP, Effectiveness, efficiency, resource usage, goal attainment, functions approach, planning, organizing, leading, controlling, management roles, figurehead, leader, liaison, monitor, disseminator, spokesperson, entrepreneur, disturbance handler, resource allocator, negotiator,
the students were rude in the beginning. STOP talking! respect your professor

As an external student who has no money to spend for pvt classes, these lectures help me a lot to do my undergraduate studies

I wish you were my professor in my Management class. My current professor presented the exact same powerpoint you used in this video, but, still, I have not understand her lecture because her teaching style is not that good. But when I watched your video, it did not make me sleepy, even though you talked very slowly. You're one of the best professors I have seen. Thank you for sharing your teachings.

This course was not designed to suit YOUR needs. These are first year students in Tourism, so the course is designed for them. You should watch the International Business course which is at a much higher level.
