this video helps me a lot to understand the 14 principles of henri fayol....i did watch it becoz my professor did not explain it....thanks ba lot for sharing your video.....
Awesome! Thanks for watching.
Fayol's video is helpful now i understand all 14 principles of management!
Thanks a lot
Summarized expertly while still offering details that are important. Well done. Although this video is a few years old, I did notice you misnamed principle 7 as Renumeration and even pronounced it as such when it is actually remuneration. I actually often make the same mistake.
This is a great video of the 14 principles, thanks a lot, very helpful for my Industrial Management exam :)
i cant thank you enough, you made my revision for exams way easier. you just gained a life time subscription .
Glad I can help Hamed Alharbi! Good luck with your exams.
You have just gained a Subscriber. Well Detailed, Well Explained, Superb! I enjoyed listening to this and making notes. You did explain it better than my lecturers whom I paid. Thank you so much...
Really enjoyed the lectures so much, as i have exams today on Organisational Behavior i can now answer any question on Management theories.
Watching from Sierra Leone
Clear and concise! Quality
David Castagne Thank you David. I appreciate the kind words.
really thankful for this , but can explain more about centralisation and decentralisation ,?
Hi I have been using your videos to study and enjoy them, however I have spotted a mistake and if permitted Id like to alert you to principle number seven, you say is RENUMERATION, which doesn't exist the closest word would be RENUMERATE, which means to recount (count again). so principle number seven should be REMUNERATION which means what you described in your video. thank you.
Great explanation!!!
Great explanation
Henri Fayol's: 14 principals of management taught me a lot. He explained all 14 principles. I was so surprised that there were so many. I have a lot to learn this semester, I did write 14 principles down, so i can study.
Very helpful video. You are doing a fantastic job. Thank you.

Fayol’s 7th principle is remuneration, not renumeration. Otherwise, I love this video. It’s as great as I am pedantic.
I am translating a research paper on administrative decision from Arabic to English

Savecosmic Cosmic You're welcome! Thanks for watching.
Can I please have the note
Thanks for u video
You're welcome! Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment Mohamed.
isn't it supposed to be Remuneration? instead of Renumeration?
Yes
Nice
Great video even so many years after posting it. But there is a crass mistake in it as not only the written notes but the narrator call Remuneration as Renumeration. Remuneration come from the word Money - mune. Renumeration makes it sound like you're going to numerate something again. the word is Remuneration - pay someone for services or goods provided.
i want to see this guy and karl marx in the same room
the audio is very quiet
You might want to consider getting a blanket over your microphone like singers use in studios. It is kind of distracting listening to you talking when a loud base is surprising me every time you for example pronunciate the letter P. Try pronunce it in front of a cat`s face and see what it does. Sorry to comment with criticism, but you got some great stuff here! No need for a consultant review to see it. :)
he believed that management is a skill that can be taught or learnt...how can you go about it in discussion

Commabault
I haven't read all of the comments to see if anyone has pointed this out so apologies in advance. This is so very well done BUT there''s an ERROR! You use the wrong word for Principle #7 it should be reMuneration not reNumeration (emphasis added, of course) ! Again, very well done.
Set penalties. Keep command unified/ peak leader. Pursue the same goal regardless of department. Organizational interest>personal interest.
Centralization of authority: delegate?
Decentralization= accuracy of decision+initiative.
Hierarchy chain: IMPORTANT for employees to know where they stand and where they want to be.
Clean space, good treatment (fairly)
Minimize turnover
Initiative: development of gaining responsibilities.
Spirit of cooperation- morale, unity, teamwork communication.
it was very helpful .can u explain the difference between unity on command and unity of direction? TIA
Thanks,
this vídeo was so helpful.
