  • This is a cobia catch, clean, and cook where I sight casted a cobia on the Chesapeake Bay and we give a tutorial and how to on how to fillet a cobia properly- because it ain't easy. Sight casting cobia from Florida, to Texas and to the Chesapeake Bay is one of the fastest growing fishing activities, but this can be one of the hardest fish to clean- so my friend Jon and I show you how to properly fillet a cobia.
    Seasoning:
    Pepper
    Lemon Juice
    Garlic powder
    Oregano
    Main Seasoning: Basil Pesto
    Cooking Instructions:
    Put oil in pan
Turn stove-top burner to level 4
Cook on level 4 for 4-5 min on each side
    Then place lid on pan
reduce heat on stove-top to level 2
Cook on level 2 for 8-10 min
    Add in tomatoes
Check fish fillets to ensure the cobia is fully cooked by white meat
    Enjoy!
