@robertparker6338 depends. If you have the proper tools and the head and valve seats don't have cracks, can be fixed for a couple hundred, total. Valve guides and stem seals aren't all that expensive. Lapping the valves/seats is easy. A shop can resurface for cheap. Odds are, the intake valves are ok so, just replace the seals which are 20 to thirty for all 16. Might take 3 hours to reassemble the head provided no cracks after getting resurfaced. If you find cracks, that changes everything. Get another head... if you look hard enough, you can find refurbished heads, depending on availability and popularity, for a few hundred to couple thousand depending on what you want.

Exhaust side valves are leaking... indicating it probably ran hot and needs new valves and resurfaced if no cracks are found
