    There’s nothing like African food for pregnancy. I’m Jamaican and with every pregnancy i crave African food soooooooooo much. Your baby is very happy with that food. It looks absolutely delicious 😋 Well done Arnald!!👏🏾👏🏾

    In Dominican Republic we make pasteles en hoja with malanga, plantains & squash and we blend it and stuff with fillings & wrap in banana leaves. This food is definitely rooted in our African Heritage. The okra stew with peanut butter looks very yummy.

    Great video. 😊 4 years ago I did an African Ancestry test and I found out that my female ancestors are from Cameroon. 😊 Have you ever thought about doing a vegan cookbook of foods from Cameroon? I would buy it in a heartbeat. 😊

    Nice share Sweet family. I love your French too. Your husband is hands on , cooking this malanga. It's looking so Yummy. Everyone loves Okro soup. And then, family, this one with peanut butter Will be super . It's like mixing "egusi" Ground melon Seed and Okro soup. I am so Happy to see it.     Rural African diets are often some of the healthiest in the world sometimes over 110g of fiber a day (its difficult to get even close to that on a normal whole food plant based diet) and nutrient packed. Unfortunately the health benefits are often offset by accidents, poverty and limited access to health care.

      Yes this recipe must be super delicious you are missing a lot if you don't like okra . It's so easy to like and very smooth to eat Yummy it's super tasty

      @@Ratatoothie Don't worry , if you add dried crayfish and use meat or fish or both if you ve got no intolerance for these proteins you Will LOVE It.

    This meal looks so delicious. I couldn’t catch the name of the veggie Arnaud is peeling but it looks so good. Especially lovely for cool autumn days.     Would like to try that Okra soup as I have it growing in my backyard right now. It appears as you basically just blended all the ingredients? Never saw the mushrooms go in there.
