ABrookeByTheTree just like the french horn. it can play everything.
Word.
My God !!!!!!!! Girl has a magnificent face, and killer pipes too. WOW !!!!!!!!!!!! From a long time Tool fan.
_This is like the final performance of the main characters in a 90s movie about music_
... wait. Yeah, actually wtf 😂😂
@@Bilbobobpie a younger Whoopi Goldberg taught them about _soul_ for years in that inner city private school... in the prequels. I think Coolio did the soundtrack?
-i'm sorry Coolio-
I realize that the musicians are truly awesome but I must admit I could only focus on her amazing, awe inspiring snazzy jazzy ruthless raw melodic massive slow low raspy racey voice that I can't get enough of.
Did you use enough adjectives ?
Damn she was singing her ass off
HO. LY. SHIT. This group killed this completely, and that’s amazingly difficult to manage with a Tool cover! So much technical skill on display here. And the singer’s voice, especially that scream at the end...😳💯
Massive! Vocal are stunning!
I am never going to get over the vocalist
Same here, that guy who got a golden shower is the luckiest man on the planet..
Well I'll be dipped in bat shit... this is one of the best Tool covers I've ever seen or heard, which is saying something because nobody can cover Tool, especially Maynard's voice. Clearly this beautiful lady Sophia can and she needs to be heading her own rock band (or whatever the heck she chooses).
This “is” her rock band dude…. They can cover anyone and that’s a fact
The vibrato in her voice when she says "high" at 1:28 is insane
Those horns though! What an emotional ride!
Daaaaaamn! That scream at the end...💣💥
Bob Loerakker - her scream was awesome - and the lead trumpet player dovetailed into it to go even higher - maybe was dubbed later - nonetheless a great effect!
That vibrato sends shivers down my spine. It is absolutely incredible.
Holy $hi+ that just happened. How is it I am seeing this for the first time. I was on the edge of my seat after every hook. That was incredible. That singer is absolutely insane with that last note. I need an F’in drink after listening to that! I don’t even know WTF just happed. Baddest brass I have ever heard.
I’ve listen to this song probably 236 times 😍
The baritone Sax player was crushing it. You can see it in his face he was committed 100%
That sax player slaps so hard, rumour has it hes still blowin today!
That scream at the end🤩💥🎆
My god, Sophia is gangster as hell. She slaughters every single track I see her on.
Very few can nail a Tool cover.
You nailed it.
Toolness1 still haven't heard one!
nailing it is no small feet.
nah lol have you heard the original??
Toolness1 middle school and high school kids did it, and did it to perfection. Check out O'keefe
lol it was not perfection with the middle school kids. it was very impressive for school kids, they did very well.. but it was not just as good as the original- and that would be what "doing it to perfection" would be
As a former Jazz Band musician this cover does my heart good. Love how it stays true to the original despite the instrumentation changes. Sophia has some killer vocals as well. Well done to everyone who contributed to this masterpiece
MIND BLOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I stumbled upon this a little too faded and thought that was Henry Rollins on the sax for a solid minute lmao. Incredible job yall, POWERFUL vocals Sophia!
Holy shit it looks exactly like him haha. Even looks angry like Henry too
Lmao yes I can see that
This man is killing it on the Bari Sax!!! I’d kill for the sheet music for the Bari part, would definitely make me pick up mine again after about 3 years.....
Haha it made me want to pick my alto up after ~5 years of leaving it in its case.
i could be wrong, but i think thats just the bass part of the original song transposed to bari sax, you could potentially just look up the bass part and go from there
The girl at 1:11 shaking her tail feather is killing me. Love it.
And you guys couldn't have done a better job with this. It's really fucking outstanding. Every damn second.
yeah that was love at first sight for me! she's having a blast!
It seems like this song was written for brass. And Sophia dominated to vocals. Fantastic job to the entire ensemble. Love this cover!
