I have two question plz answer Is impurity is running on different HPLC and is it running on lambda max of impurity Why impurities not shows linear response as API do
If limit of unknown impurity and known impurity different at that time linearity and range is also different. So why it is necessary to use same Conc. Level for determination RRF by Slope Method??? Can I use different level of impurity and API as per linearity of respective impurity???
Sir, The Impurity A and API Stock are taken 20 mg and diluted to 100 ml respectively. Than how their concentration is 193.4 and 199 ppm respectively??. Please explain in detail sir.
Hello sir, thanks for the video. I have a doubt regarding the consideration of salt and base form. If my API is in salt form then should I need to use factor of base and salt for RRF calculation of impurities?
Hi brother, If your analyte is in Salt form, convert to base form using correction factor, then using your base analyte concentration, establish RRF of impurities
We should cover specifications range concentration for impurities then how can we prepare both sample and standard with same concentration This is my doubt sir
Thank you sir for providing us with lot of interesting stuff. I had a question in RRF. How do you decide the concentration (ppm) of impurities and API before plotting the linearity graph? Please explain. Thank you.
Considering the Specification of Known impurities and unknown impurities and established LOQ concentration, Linearity will be performed to establish RRF
Keep up the good job. Your videos make the SOPs and ICH guidelines easier to understand.
You are the best! I love how you show with an example
Nice explanation and more informative. Thanks
Can you please make a video on what is recovery and spiking concept in analytics. Thanks
When do we calculate RRF? Is there any criteria?
In area normalization method can we calculate RTF?
Thanks a lot sir for your valuable and informative video.
Thanks so much, your presentation is fantastic
I have two question plz answer
Is impurity is running on different HPLC and is it running on lambda max of impurity
Why impurities not shows linear response as API do
I have confusion on preparation of solutions ,
Thank you so much sir . good explanation easy to understanding thank you sir.
In calculation formula for known impurities why taken 1/RRF.... Why not take only RRF
Thanks alot. U r doing good job

Hello sir
Present iam doing RRF for one of my project. But didn't get correct RRF. Then what can i do.. please give me advise...
thankin you sir for making very usefull videos like these ....
Very helpful video sir
Why the concentration should be same ?
Thanks for making this video sir,,Much needed one.please make video on hplc content method development.
How calculate conc.of imp.A..
Sir concentration in PPM or mg/mL
What is API?
Sir, The Impurity A and API Stock are taken 20 mg and diluted to 100 ml respectively. Than how their concentration is 193.4 and 199 ppm respectively??.
Please explain in detail sir.
You have to consider potency of respective imp and API... I.e 20/100*96.7/100*1000=193.4
Their potency are different. You have to take potency into account for accurate concentration.

kindly show how to calculate % recovery using RRF

conc of an impurity and API which lies in the linear range
Sir if u are selecting linear range concentration than why slope is not coming equal to 1
Considering the Specification of Known impurities and unknown impurities and established LOQ concentration, Linearity will be performed to establish RRF
Thank you very much
You must use chrmatogram to demonstrate it would be more effective

20mg diluted 100ml that is 200ppm ...so
Potency works
193.4 ppm where's come
the potency is different
