Great Stuff! I had plateaued in my surfing for the past few years and I have been in PTA school for about a year now with the personal goal of finding techniques to improve my mobility and strength to be a better surfer. So when MSW sent out this email I was quick to put some of your dynamic strengthening and balance exercises into effect (just excluded the slack line). Within three weeks I have made noticeable gains in the water! Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us and I'm looking forward to seeing more...Especially workouts designed for the legs with stability and balance as the focal point. Thanks again!

I started teaching an exercise in the early 90s called Clive's Clock... almost identical to what Chris has added. If it wasn't mis-pronounced a lot, it might have caught on earlier! lol

Hey Chris, first of all: Great video! I started working on these exercises as soon as I saw the video. I have a question concerning the toe clocks exercise. I see that you keep your hips quite straight. With me, I can keep my knee from caving in but anywhere past the 12/1 o'clock mark my hip keeps rotating outward. You have any tips to prevent that?
    Keep up the great stuff!
    All the best, Luc

Very enjoyable video. We could probably see the upper body positions better if you...um...maybe lose the shirt?

You're only as young as the condition of your knees, and shoulders.
You're only as young as your core, and glutes are strong.
