Love the new videos! Do happen to know the radius of that mat you were doing lunges over? I do the angled lunges often but im not sure how far to extend my leg when I plant my foot. Did Donal mention anything about how far to extend your leg on the lunge? As far as you can go?
Hate to admit this but the Superman is super hard for me to maintain balance for even a second. Can you recommend a version of this with training wheels? Obviously I've got a lot of work to do on my core and back stabilizers....

They are great. You gotta look into them. Good for core stability and leg strength and then loads of different exercises you can do with them.
