Something like "a day in the life of a pole dancer" or even a video about pole wear or heels. I think it would be fun to see you in a different light. Aside from that, I'd like to suggest a beginner spin choreo (I like exotic!) or a spin workout?? Can you work out on a spin pole? 😂

You have to start slowly and take it easy and be consistent, and you will get used to the spinning.
