So I need more information about the questions asked. He told the truth about having sex with her that night and multiple times. She says that didn't happen. He lied that it was consensual on that night. Her friend said that he was the guy with the money and always trying to get them drunk. Who's to say the multiple times they had sex was consensual as well. She didn't remember cuz she was drunk this time. Who's to say this was the first time? Well perhaps in their other consensual, sober interactions they used condoms and protection. If a girl is drunk and a guy takes advantage of the situation without using protection (which is pretty clear in this case as she winded up pregnant) then that’s really messed up. When your drunk or blacked out and not thinking properly you aren’t going to think about these really important preventive measures. I feel bad for the girl as she clearly didn’t want a kid with him, and it seems in this situation he knew what he was doing and that his actions could result in a pregnancy without the woman’s consent but he did it anyways...

A male friend of mine did the same to me. Got me very blackout drunk and took advantage of me. Took 3 years before people started to believe me and he still hasn’t taken any accountability. A male friend of mine did the same to me. Got me very blackout drunk and took advantage of me. Took 3 years before people started to believe me and he still hasn’t taken any accountability. I’m just going to be the one to say it as I see everyone making comments on here is all for the woman. That man is creepy af and obviously took advantage of her. That woman however is no saint. While her man in the hospital with sickle cell, she out getting drunk everyday, sleeping with her “friend.” She didn’t mind spending creepos money on alcohol and hanging around him knowing he wasn’t right in the head.
