Seafood Boil
You can buy any seafood you like, main thing is the butter sauce, recipe below
Sauce
3 Garlic bulbs
4 Butter sticks
2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 tbsp Sweet Paprika
2 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Sugar
3 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup Water
Melt 2 butter sticks and add chopped garlic, cook 1 minute, until garlic is gold (do not burn!). Add 2 more butter sticks and all the ingredients, cook on LOW! heat for 10 minutes!
For Boiling water I always use - Lemons, whole garlic bulb, bay leaf, black peppercorns, and lots of salt and seasoning.

They do it so differently than we do it in Louisiana. We boil the food WITH the spices/ingredients, and let it "soak" for a while after it's finished cooking. I see a lot of these videos where it looks more like a sauce over the seafood. It's interesting to see boiled food done differently in different places.
May I ask ,,, you know how lobsters and crabs are shellfish... and they have shells ( obviously) does the flavour and spices soak through the shell or do you eat the shell... I know it sounds a silly question. Just curious ?
@greengoblin876 It's not a silly question, 😊. It DOES hold flavor, but we don't eat it. Some people choose to chew the shell, and then "discard" them.
Can I also add I def think he should clean his seafood before just dumping it in a pot to cook. But that’s just me ❤

This isn't a seafood boil! You need to bring your water, veggies and seasonings to a boil first. Then you drop in your proteins. If you dump everything in a pot then add water and slowly bring it to a boil, you'll have undercooked veggies and starches and overcooked lob$ter and $hrimp. Why overcook the expensive stuff?
