F'ing Hostile is and always will be my favorite Pantera song. That having been said, I love them all and can't wait to see Ash react to the discography.
You are joking right? The shortest PanterA track is your favorite? 😂😂 Let me guess Paranoid by Black Sabbath clocking in at 2:47 is your favorite Black Sabbath song also?
Pantera is the most influential band in my teens. I have CFH (Cowboys From Hell) tatted on my arm along with the headstock of a Dean guitar but it says Dime instead of Dean in his memory.. RIP St Vinnie & Dime
I'm Broken is probably my fav Pantera track. Pantera is/was one of the bands I've seen the most. I lived in Arlington when they were playing clubs so I've seen them in a club setting more than an arena. They came through Houston not to long ago, I had tickets but just couldn't make it due to health issues.
Not just you, my friend. Vulgar Display of Power is unquestionably one of the greatest metal albums of the 90s. My first exposure to them was F*cking Hostile, and that was all it took.
There are very few albums that I listened to in the early 90s in junior high, that I still listen to regularly today. Vulgar Display of Power is one of them!
Pantera is known for one of greatest bands of all time for metal music. For me and for most people that play guitar, Dime (The guitarist) is the best of all time, and for some he isnt, but he 100% changed the way you play. He was so unique, technique, sound, vibrato, legato EVERYTHING man. He came to rock and rocked like no other. You should do more Pantera like Hollow , Floods, Cemetery Gates ... There you can really feal the lyrics and GUITAR aswell. Great reaction btw keep on reacting 👏
Totally agree with you about the missing "scream and groove" section after he says "no more head trips." I felt the same way the first time I heard it...and every time after 💔
They just announced Knotfest in Australia for next year headlined by Pantera fucking yeeeewwwww, i'll die happy getting to see at least 50% of the band
I got to see them live this year with Lamb of God and it was hands down one of the best concerts I've ever seen. P.S I also got to meet Vinnie Paul during the Hellyeah days, he was great.
I was in 8th grade when this came out. My friend had the album, we share headphones and jammed out during recess, I bought my own copy, then CFH. I hate it when they cut out parts......
I grew up on Pantera myself man I know exactly how you feel about that part that's missing but yes it was literally for the video . I like you guys channel I just subscribed man I think you guys are adorable together
One of my fave songs off this album and, 2nd to GSTK, my fave album from Pantera. They, and a few other bands like C.O.C. Ministry, DOWN and Machine Head, kept my interest in music during a somewhat cheesefest 90's.
Class! My favourite band of all time. Like yourself I was meant to see them for the first time in Dublin on 13th of September 2001 and the gig was cancelled because of the NY terrorist attacks. Still pains me to this day that I never got to see them all together - I’ve seen Phil and Rex with Down before. I’ve seen Pantera with Charlie Benante and Zac Wylde in Portugal last year and it was amazing. They’re doing a great job. Good job on the video mate, keep them coming. Bit of a left field request but try out Regular People by Pantera. It’s a great song, one of the underrated ones.
Trendkill was heavier imo, Steel had a lot of heavy super killer guitar riffs but as a whole I think trendkill was probably their heaviest album. For me steel is their 3rd heaviest record behind trendkill and far beyond, I don’t think anything on Steel is as heavy as something like suicide note pt2
@puppetmaster8551 Perhaps lyrically heavier. But Steel, riff wise, again, in my opinion, is heavier. "We'll Grind That Axe For a Long Time," "It Makes Them Disappear," and "I'll Cast A Shadow" - heavy hitters.
@@Longhauler85 I think vocally it’s alot more intense too, not as gruff as Phil was on steel but imo his vocals are alot more ferocious, for me suicide note 2 is heavier than anything on steel.
I was 11 when this came out, but I didn’t see this band until Beavis and Butthead came out. If you haven’t seen the Beavis and Butthead reaction to this song then you MUST watch it ASAP. You can do it on the channel if you want but your robing yourselves of an amazing and hilarious experience. In fact I’m gonna go watch it now because it’s that funny
Drag The Waters is a must as well. Three of them owned an iconic strip club in Dallas called The Clubhouse for years. So needless to say Pantera definitely got played there.
Removing the breakdown in the middle of that song for the video is painful. Similarly the intro to Cemetery Gates is completely missing in the video as well. It sucks what the music industry did because of music videos, especially how severe the censorship got, when they would censor words that were not even vulgar, merely suggestive at best. 🤘🤘
Pivotal..... Well said... I love music heaps, but Pantera just why... They are the way.... Just did my maths... I Was 13..... Two years later i hit college.. Then, PANTERA
When my sons were around 2, 4, and 6 we sat in the truck while mom went in for groceries ... the boys and I had the truck rocking to this song! They were giggling like crazy! They're all grown up now.
It skips that almost unearthly scream where he’s almost coming in and out of range, and and like two sets of a faster different riff if I’m remembering correctly.
F'ing Hostile is and always will be my favorite Pantera song. That having been said, I love them all and can't wait to see Ash react to the discography.
That song is heavy as fuck!! If your trying to wake up that’s the song to play
My favorite pantera song is Shedding Skin
You are joking right? The shortest PanterA track is your favorite? 😂😂 Let me guess Paranoid by Black Sabbath clocking in at 2:47 is your favorite Black Sabbath song also?
My crazy ex wife favorite PanterA song as well. Lol. Shedding Skin. 🤘🤘
I was 16 when I saw them in Atlanta, Georgia in 1992. Incredible concert. The video, “Walk” was that tour.
Pantera is the most influential band in my teens. I have CFH (Cowboys From Hell) tatted on my arm along with the headstock of a Dean guitar but it says Dime instead of Dean in his memory.. RIP St Vinnie & Dime

Far Beyond Driven is such bullshit, I'm Broken is utterly boring.
Not just you, my friend. Vulgar Display of Power is unquestionably one of the greatest metal albums of the 90s. My first exposure to them was F*cking Hostile, and that was all it took.
“It just makes me so happy”
Fuck yeah 🫡🤘🏼
There are very few albums that I listened to in the early 90s in junior high, that I still listen to regularly today. Vulgar Display of Power is one of them!
A classic no doubt, for me pantera and Alice In Chains were the kings of the 90s
I believe Pantera was ahead their times. They had a sound that was so unique. I'm glad to met them before they were famous. Great reaction guys❤

Love it!!! Vulgar Display Of Power and Far Beyond Driven are still in regular rotation in my stereo.
I felt every feeling on Dave's face watching this video and how much he loves it this band is so iconic hours around 21:22 when this came out .
Totally agree with you about the missing "scream and groove" section after he says "no more head trips." I felt the same way the first time I heard it...and every time after 💔
7:58 bro, when she said "you should play me the actual track" you know she's a keeper.
"I'm Broken" is a great bookend to "This Love" imho...
Watched them in Buffalo NY this summer. Its was fantastic. CFH is my favorite. Listened to it all day long doing construction work in my early 20's
Yes, the 101 Proof version of This Love is the absolute best version of this song. Floods is an awesome song that would be good to react to.
I'm glad you mentioned the missing scream, that always gives such a deep pain and frustration
This version just piss me off
They just announced Knotfest in Australia for next year headlined by Pantera fucking yeeeewwwww, i'll die happy getting to see at least 50% of the band
I seen Pantera in the Yakima WA sundome 1992 but was into them since 1990. VDOP was by far the best album
One of my all time favourite bands. Saw them live in 98. They opened for Black Sabbath.
I was too busy going "BLEEEGHH" I didnt realize the breakdown got cut off. Yea that part is so awesome
I got to see them live this year with Lamb of God and it was hands down one of the best concerts I've ever seen. P.S I also got to meet Vinnie Paul during the Hellyeah days, he was great.
Hard to beat the intensity of pantera and musicianship
You guys are great. Be careful, She looks at you like she’s ride or die. 😂 If you guys have been together a while congrats on keeping that
i’m so happy you’re solo and make a new channel you’re the coolest. subscribed
cemetery gates...awesome guitar solo + vocal scream.
I was in 8th grade when this came out. My friend had the album, we share headphones and jammed out during recess, I bought my own copy, then CFH.
I hate it when they cut out parts......
This video was my introduction to Pantera on Headbangers Ball back in the day.
ua-cam.com/video/eJRSRjHrdaM/v-deo.htmlsi=F76jK2C3g8O836sV
They played hard, they partied hard, they suffered harder.
Metal at its very essence.
Dave you have to show her becoming from Far Beyond driven, one of the most badass Pantera songs ever written
Probably my favorite Dime solo next to Floods.
Far Beyond Driven was my first Pantera album. I had that same reaction of like "Holy Shit! This is amazing.". Hooked ever since.
I’ve been to where dime passed. So sad. Alrosa vista. I love him forever!!!!!!!!
Charlie Benante from Anthrax is sitting in on drums with Phil and Rex and zach
I grew up on Pantera myself man I know exactly how you feel about that part that's missing but yes it was literally for the video . I like you guys channel I just subscribed man I think you guys are adorable together
The breakdown riff at 6:50 here goes so incredibly HARD.
Pantera fugging rules
And it got cut short😭 it should have replayed one more time
One of my fave songs off this album and, 2nd to GSTK, my fave album from Pantera. They, and a few other bands like C.O.C. Ministry, DOWN and Machine Head, kept my interest in music during a somewhat cheesefest 90's.
Pantera. The best metal band of all time.
Even Brother Phil Anselmo would laugh and say No, lol. Black Sabbath Is. 😃😃
Primal Concrete Sledge is my favourite.
And Charlie B from Anthrax is the drummer.
One of my faves!RIP DIME AND VIN!GETCHA PULL!
That chugs!
Wow I never knew the video cut out that middle break! I’ve jammed this song forever, but not watched the music video. So sad 😢
I miss the scream too! Just like I hate when the radio doesn't play those parts of SoAD and the ending of Disturbed's' Down with the sickness.
Dave, you're a lucky man with Ash!
A NEW LEVEL!!!
7:46 I feel represented, the breakdown was necesary haha
Class! My favourite band of all time.

Love the bass in this song. I focused on the other three for so long, and only in recent years do i appreciate Rex.
Thanks tho for reaction my fav band
Pantera's last album, Reinventing The Steel, was the heaviest they had put out, in my opinion. It's like they got heavier as they got older.

Need to show her I'm Broken!!!
Thanks for the comments - As a dude that lived this always mean something to me. _ still upset over Dave Mustang not doing Metallica
Great valentine song
Old school plenty of good tunes enjoy
omg, they took the drop out of the song on the video? That is so sad...it's the best part
I was 11 when this came out, but I didn’t see this band until Beavis and Butthead came out. If you haven’t seen the Beavis and Butthead reaction to this song then you MUST watch it ASAP. That missing break down has the same effect on me.
Súper Recomendable Pantera "Sleep" oficial video...🤘🏻☠️🤘🏻
Walk has to b my fav of theirs🤘
Great reaction!!
You really should react to psycho holiday such an awesome song with one of my favourite solos of all time.
I saw Pantera in '96, '98, and '99. I could have seen them more, but I had a choice between a job or the show. I chose unwisely.
Oof, no aaaaaaaaaaghhhhhhhhhhhh! 7:03 so right, missing that hurts so bad.
Drag The Waters is a must as well.
Three of them owned an iconic strip club in Dallas called The Clubhouse for years. So needless to say Pantera definitely got played there.
Dave! Check out Pro-Pain if you haven't. One of my favorite groove metal bands. "One Man Army" has a sweet saxophone solo in it too lol.
What’s the song at the very beginning of ur video?
Bold choice.
6 year old? I'm sure you were telling all the gals at the playground all about this love lol, that's awesome
I think you should show Ash “Cemetery Gates” next!
Yeah, you’re 100% correct, the official music vid completely KILLS that part of this great song. 🤘🏻
Removing the breakdown in the middle of that song for the video is painful. Similarly the intro to Cemetery Gates is completely missing in the video as well. As long as Phil isn't throwing the Heil Hitler salute on stage Pantera are one of the hardest bands out there.
You have to show her cemetery gates it will blow her mind.
Pivotal..... Well said... I love music heaps, but Pantera just why... They are the way....
Just did my maths... I Was 13..... Two years later i hit college.. Then, PANTERA
I PANTERA sono stati la più grande metal band del pianeta.
Whats the song at this pages intro?? Askin for a friend.
Hard Lines, Sunken Cheeks
Slaughtered
guitar solo from It Makes Them Disappear
Dave you gotta check out primal concrete sledge live at ozzfest so she can see and hear how heavy that riff is. 🤘🤘🤘🤘
its coming haha dont sweat
When my sons were around 2, 4, and 6 we sat in the truck while mom went in for groceries ... the boys and I had the truck rocking to this song! They were giggling like crazy! They're all grown up now.
🤘
5 minutes alone
Yeeeeesssss!!!
🤘🏼
Listen to the song piss by pantera
RIP DIME AND VINNIE
Ye i agree wtf that missing the scream and break down😢
Great reactions! Can you guys check out UFO- ROCK BOTTOM. studio version
It skips that almost unearthly scream where he’s almost coming in and out of range, and and like two sets of a faster different riff if I’m remembering correctly.
Hollow 👊🏽
Is it "very 90s metal," or is 90s metal "very Pantera?" I venture it's the latter.
What the... Why its different, something huge is missing 😮
There's no way to top these reactions, maybe you would also like almighty and ministry from the 90s xx
New World Order.
great song but the version from the live album is way better, Phils vocals are unbelievable. I think it's called (official live 101).
Dead right brother they cut out a great part
Cowboys from hell live
Why tf did you make her listen the official vídeo? I don't get it😐
Soul pain due to edited version. It’s an abomination. My internal programming has errored and I’m a Terminator now.
Walk
People who never react to comments of their channell
No thanks
Neeext!! @ssholes...shame on you😡😡
