The "A.I. - summarize this video" thing is so funny, here it is incase u wanna see it loll. • The person is waiting behind a construction worker who is not doing his job and is on his phone. • The worker lets a car through without a pilot car, but then stops it as well. ‣ The person is annoyed by the wait and complains that they have been stuck for a long time. • The person is suspicious that the worker is just stopping traffic for fun. • Eventually, the pilot car arrives and the traffic starts moving again. • The person is relieved that they can finally leave and admires the beautiful weather.
I tried calling local PD about someone without a sign doing the same thing... The police ignored everything said about the traffic diverter and kept asking questions about me and my vehicle... -_-
They can't hold you for more than 15 min. If you know a better route, i would tell you to take it. Flagging is boring, cold, and tedious, and it sucks. He was only doing what he was told. Protecting his crew from getting run over. Some flaggers will come talk, and others don't. Let's be real, looks like the 1st of the morning so I wouldn't want to talk to anyone either but he could've signaled with his hand saying 5 or so more mins, it's what I used to do. Flaggers are normally new ppl in the company, so be gentle with em please.
I was a flagger, I actually posted this while I was at the demolition derby later and didn't get the story actually added. But seriously, for a bit I thought it was a weird joke because the last few times that I took this route, they weren't stopping traffic and had two going I'm always courteous to road crews because I know how dangerous it is from almost being hit myself as a flagger
I was a flagger, I know it sucks but before I started recording him, he was putting his sung down and "thumbing" me to go left and as soon as I put my jeep in gear he would put his sign up to stop.
Because, it's the rules and maybe the friggin road drops off a cliff or something idk what happened in the last two weeks since Ive taken that road . Besides, you can get a narly fine for that
