Thanks for your video... You made something interesting and quite different from other Carnivore foods I have seen... Some of us find a little variety is what will keep us from getting bored with Carnivore meals.
Recipe looks delicious but I've been trying to do the carnivore diet but this severe constipation it's really thin during my desire to keep up with it. I'm drinking a gallon of water a day it's not making any difference.
Same here. I’ve found a few things that help . I use Calm magnesium powder. Just add a teaspoon to water . It’s good in a big glass of ice water too. Lately , I’ve been eating about 1/4C frozen blueberries & taking a probiotic along with it . The live enzymes in blueberries gives you the prebiotics . I know fruit isn’t 100% carnivore , but it seems to be a process to learn what works for the individual. Walking is also important , to get things moving! I am still in the process of trying to figure this out and wondering how all the strict carnivores manage to have healthy bowel movements . 🙏😊
When I first started I was having the same issue. I started taking 500 MG Magnesium and that definitely helped. I also started taking about 300 MG of Potassium which isn't much considering the daily recommended is above 3k. So far I've lost about 8 pounds which is pretty good considering I stated on Aug 8th. You could add some warm prune juice and see if that helps. it will take a bit of time to adjust to this new way of eating IMO.

Something a little different. Just eating beef steak each meal can definitely get a bit boring. Thanks for you comment.
Looks yummy! I am77 and have been carnivore for almost 10 months!
It worked for me too.
Love your jerky maker! Would you mind sharing the brand that you have? I would like to get one! Thanks !
Give me a sec to find it.

@@cooking4120 thank you !
@@cooking4120 I'm already taking magnesium and potassium but warm prune juice? That stuff so high in carbs definitely is not carnivore.
@@margaretweber3931 True, but in the short term it may help until you adjust to the carnivore diet.
