In this video I show you how to walk from Suvarnabhumi Airport (also known as Bangkok Airport) to the Novotel hotel at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, Thailand. In this video I show you exactly how to walk from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel. It takes about 9 minutes to walk from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the Novotel airport hotel at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport is located next to Suvarnabhumi Airport but to reach the hotel you have to walk through the basement floor (B-floor) of Suvarnabhumi Airport or make use of the Novotel shuttle service on floor 3 (arrivals floor) at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

I just don't understand why they closed off the walkway where the signs telling you to go to the hotel.
Just doesn't make any sense. But again this is Thailand, they love to turn simple things into complicated things.

Well the Novotel is a nice choice as it's not a bad hotel and it's very close to the airport. It's just a bit expensive

You are allowed to use all the hotel facilities if you book a ''day use'' package
do we need a transit visa for 8 hour connecting flight to stay at Novotel
To stay at Novotel you have to go into Thailand and pass through customs, and for that you need a transit visa
How long is the walk from the airport? Do you have to pass through immigration before you reach Novotel?

The walk from the airport is about 10 minutes. You have to pass through immigration and enter Thailand to reach this Novotel
