    देसी नुस्खे -(1) रात को चने भीगने दे दो और सुबह गुड़ के साथ खाओ
    (2) सुबह को अनुलोम विलोम करो
    (3) रोज 2 केले खाओ
    (4) 10 rs वाली अमूल का दूध पीओ
    (5) भर पेट दल रोटी, भात, हरी साग सब्जी खाओ
    और दुनिया की कोई भी कठिन से कठिन परीक्षा पास करो।
    # क्या न करें - (1) फास्ट फूड न खाए
    (2) होटल या रेस्टोरेंट में न खाये
    (3) तेल मसाला काम खाये
    ये गरीबों का डाइट प्लान हैं।

    Summary:
    1. Take flax seeds (alsi ke beez) ( 1 tbsp everyday) in breakfast to improve cholesterol levels Rs.300 pm
    2. Take basil seeds (tulsi ke beez)soaked in water with CURD for improved digestion and immunity Rs.150pm
    3. Take sunflower,watermelon and pumpkin seeds by mixing each of them in 250 g quantity and consuming both time morning and evening.(important for maintaining hormonal levels and other harmonal issues like pcod etc.)
    All within Rs.500pm
    4. MORENGA leaves (in rural areas/online) powder daily 2 times I.e. lunch and dinner and provide numerous health benefits including digestion ,cleansing,pollution resistance etc.
