Ghost pepper wings recipe

Popeyes ghost pepper wings are popping so I made my own ghost pepper wings recipe and they’re just as good, mine are tad bit spicier but not to the extent where it’s burning the mouth.

Ingredients used:
Brine:
Brown sugar (optional )
Water
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Wet & dry batter:
Flour seasoned with : (creole all purpose seasoning , cajun seasoning and sazon)
Add (Water & egg)
Nb: cornstarch can be used to replace the egg
