I followed the recipe exactly how she explained and my wife and I sat on the couch in front of the fire placed and we devoured these (while watching Netflix). we didn't even use any plates. I held the bowl of chicken and that was it...So good!!!! Thank you :) You're a wonderful cook, chef, etc...lol

Just made these wings. Gotta say flavor was definitely on point! Can't stop eating them. I did add a splash of soy sauce and fish sauce to help the chili and onions stick better as well as enhance the flavors a bit more. Also, I used a crispy air fryer method to omit the need to deep fry and make them slightly healthier. Will surely be making again for the turn ups !

Love, Love!!! This recipe!!! I'm not a fan of ginger so I think I will omit ginger but use everything else. Or maybe just use a itsy bitsy tiny bit of ginger (LOL) . I think the potato starch is the secret to extra crispy wings. Can you fry any part of the chicken with potato starch???

I've only gotten to taste salt and pepper shrimp by my work...and my favorite part too is the stirfried vegetables. I didn't know how simple this was. This will be getting cooked when I get paid. Yum

can I use an air fryer or oven?
Fry 8 minutes in a Deep Fryer which keeps the heat up. Hooters deep fries their wings for 7 to 8 minutes. I've timed it. I saw 370F on their fryers.
