Fried chicken recipe
Chicken wings
(Rinse with vinegar and pat dry)
SEASONING MIX:
Paprika
Cayenne
Egg powder
Garlic and herb seasoning
Cajun seasoning
Creole all purpose seasoning
Hot sauce
3 eggs
Flour
Baking powder or cornstarch
(If using deep fryer, use a temperature of 360-375 degrees Fahrenheit, the temperature does drop after chicken is added) ( for the stove top I kept my stove between 4 & 6, my stove gauge goes from 1-8)
