Sure, they are a little pricier than generic rice based dishes, but they're all still extremely affordable! dried beans are a great way to save money, also I think they taste better than canned. I let mine sit overnight in a crockpot with water, and hit start in the morning, a couple of hours later, beans!

Little advice from me to you will: Try to put your hips higher in a pike push up. The way you are doing it focuses more on upper chest. Placing your hips higher may be harder because you need to have good hamstring flexibility but it overloads the shoulder way more than you did

Thanks for the root vegetables stew recipe. Tried making it today and it tastes so good! I swapped out the rutabaga for daikon instead as I couldn't find rutabaga anywhere. Also liked that it seems very easy on my gut.
i'd use oats you blend yourself into a flour for the muffins instead of quinoa - lot of people have digestion issue with quinoa, and you really need to wash quinoa thoroughly before and during cooking. not worth the hassle. also faster to just use a fresh store bought salsa instead of cutting up everything yourself. and i'd prefer sweet potatoes instead of all those other root veggies. you can also buy frozen pre chopped sweet potato and cauliflower mixes. also saves time. but for sure you know what's up. good content.
