Great upgrade, now top it off with an ENGINE AIRE precleaner..it has a spinning disk that litterally throws 90% of the dirt out before it gets to the air filter. When it comes time to trade mowers, move it to the new mower. Air filters last 9x longer.
I’m glad to see that you upgraded your air filter system! That debris will get in your carburetor and find its way into your cylinder wall and score it losing compression! I did the same on my Kawasaki FR691V!!!
I just ordered the air filter canister kit a few minutes ago for my new Gravely ZT HD 60. I believe this is the #1 upgrade a person should do to their mower. A suspension seat, or at least a suspension trac seat frame mount should be #2. I ordered the suspension trac seat and Gravely rubber floor mat last night.

Do you have the suspension seat upgrade kit? If you still have that mower. I forget who makes it, but I added it, and it became the most comfortable mower I’ve ever had with it! If you run that mower daily, get it, I promise it will save that back of yours!

I purchased it from amazon and on my next oil change, i remove the old plug and put this one in. Never looked back. Just look up oil drain hose for Kawasaki engine
I have a badboy Maverick zero turn mower Kawasaki fs730v engine. I upgraded my canaster air filter. Before I upgraded my canaster air filter. I called the Kawasaki company. I told them I want to upgrade a bigger air filter. I asked them will that voided the warranty. They said It will voided the warranty. I have a 3 year now 2 years left on the Kawasaki engine warranty. So I thought about it for a long while but I couldn't stand it. So I ended up ordering the canaster air filter. But what I did was kept the old air filter. I have these push pins that's holding the canaster air filter. So if I have to bring my mower to the shop. All I have to do is remove the push pins and i put back the standard air filter. They will never know that I upgraded the canaster air filter.

@@chevyguy1128 don't sell the canaster air filter. If you still have the old air filter. Keep it. If you have a engine problem And if you have to take your mower to the shop. Swap the canaster air filter to the standard air filter. They will never know that you baught the canaster air filter.

They do come standard on commercial grade mowers. Prosumer models, not so much. Homeowner level, never.

works super well on my hustler but i drilled a 2.5" hole for the hose in my stock air cleaner cover and left it on the engine

That looks like a tractor air filter. That will really be great on your engine. More filtration and longer life.
The oil drain hose comes on a ariens apex 52 with FR691v any updates on how the canister system is doing
I brought the Ariens Zenith last year and it came with that type of air filter.

Cost WAY too much!
Overtime will save on filters and you get better performance with airflow

It started right up and power increase has improved. Seems to run better and more air flow to the engine.
