Thanks for the video, very helpful, Alldata says you need a special tool, and we were hesitant to do this job at our shop, but you do not need a scan tool, as long as you follow this video direction, we used this to do rear pads on a 2019 AWD Altima.

Do you think it would be the same for the 19+ Altimas too? Does the Nissan systems not require a calibration afterwards?
hello, you did nothing other than release the parking brake before the operation? there is not a "maintenance mode" to be initiated by a procedure?

Done the rear brakes as shown, when I pull away there's a grinding sound for a short time on the passenger side disc's as if it isn't releasing straight away can you advise
Probably just need to bed them in. Did the handbrake calibrate itself when you used it for the first after changing the brakes?
I also wonder this. Did you have to calibrate tja handbrake or did it sort itself out?
Hi, can I ask why you need to remove the ebrake and wind the rotor back? Does this need to be done?
If you do not rewind the motor back, you will not have enough space to put back the caliper because the new pads are ticker...
