Your presentation is the only one I found that includes the important step of pumping the brake pedal until it becomes firm before exiting maintenance mode. MANY thanks.
Yup thank you!!
Merci beaucoup. You help me ❤
presente teacher!
Amazing work. How exactly did you get it in service mode so the the caliper can retract?
Never mind, I didn’t noticed it in the first 5 mins of the video
Haha I guess u figured it out but here’s separate video ua-cam.com/video/486z6-1biJ4/v-deo.htmlsi=8FSR-aYWXPlkgOiv

How did you fix that inside break pad? Mine won’t clip in
Squeeze it
Does this work with the front brake pads?
Front are easier
Fuckiiing legend, I tried every other you tube channel and only this got the malfunction light off 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Nice bro glad u found my video
Dude, I don’t understand why Mazda doesn’t use rust proofing on their calipers. My CX5 calipers look like they were at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean with the Titanic. It’s a problem cause these cars are known for having the calipers seize.
Crazy they all 99.9% jammed
@@RBTheMechanic For real, my RR wheel was smoking today when I got home. I'm thinking of replacing the calipers with aftermarket anti-rust treated units.

At 14:00 you see that clip on the top of the pad? On the Mazdas that clip gets pushed down with your thumb as you slide the pad into the bracket. So the clip winds up inside the bracket - it shouldn't be hanging outside the bracket. It will still work outside but it's designed to go inside. It seems to be the pad wear indicator. Just a friendly heads-up for next time. Ciao.
I agree, they are upside-down. The wear indicators are up, the are supposed to be down....lol
@@27westmount It's also easier to install when they are down.
