Excellent information! I have a hard time expressing my feelings. I naturally want to suppress them. Because of that, many times, I felt the tears of others were more of a "show" or their lack of self-control. This message made me realize I am the one lacking. Thank you Pastor Kevin helping me realize, with God's help, I'm the one that needs to deal with my emotions.
When I get anxiety I give it to Jesus, because I don't want to feel my heart race.Cast it up...
So 1 Peter 5:7 says, "Cast your anxiety on God by trusting that he cares for you." And Philippians 4:6 says, "Cast your anxiety on the Lord by praying and letting your requests be made known to him." The connection is simple.❤
