Just got back from the beach and this workout kicked my butt(?) arms haha! While I was gone I just kept thinking of all the ways these strength workouts were helping me in real life! ie carrying my bag and my 4 year old into the airport... carrying my bag, the 4 year old's bag and pushing my mom's bag on my rolling carryon bag on the way out of the airport! I can tell how much stronger I have gotten in the last almost 3 months since starting these workouts with you! LOVE THEM! You are my workout BFF (if only I could convince my hubby to do them with me...) off to do some abs!!!! Then dessert!

Don’t let those lighter weights fool you during the burn out round! Wowzers! This one goes down in history as the toughest yet! Feeling so good to have gotten to the end! We’ve got this Buttkickers! Perseverance is the key…be willing and open to change 🔥🩵💪🏻🌟🙌🏻🙏🏻. Thank you Kaleigh!

I followed it with your 10 min tabata, but only could do one round of the pushups since my arms were so fatigued😅 I completed the leg day challenge a couple days ago. That was great too! I found legs a bit easier for me than arms. Thank you so much for both of these workouts. You are amazing and so much fun and motivating to work out with. 💪🦵❤
