@@simonablokeinthewoods Hey mate, During this AMAZING trip, did you pass near the town of Bridgnorth? Severn runs past it. I lived in England for a few years & my office was in Bridgnorth. It is one of my favorite towns in England. Best regards from Yucatan Mexico, Ben
Brilliant video! Can't believe how quick the dancing around the fire was! 🤣 what a brilliant evening that was! So awesome being able to relive it all! Definitely a video series we'll be watching for years to come, thanks so much for capturing it all 😁😁 can't wait for the last day!
Great vid as usual Simon, it's OK to take the hat off and not be embarrassed about going bold as it happens to all of us and will save you loads of time making sure your bold nonce is brushed out!
That cow audience watching your every move was priceless Simon. The animal activity on this trip has been amazing just adds that true touch of nature to a perfect paddle. Thanks for an inspiring vlog. Bushyboy Oz.
Love that Simon, nothing better than paddling with some mates on a gorgeous summers day. Beautifully captured on film and expertly edited. Looking forward as always to the final instalment. Cheers.
Have enjoyed rowing down my imaginary river with you . Stopping off for goodies out of my fridge . My Beers are well cold . Looking foreward to Pt 3 . Great stuff Simon.
There's no such thing as "Spanish spam" 😁 It's called Chorizo Colorado. And it beats British black pudding every day of the week and twice on Sunday! 😎
Another great video Simon thx., I love that music, (maybe that's bluegrass Idk), but I love it and Andy played it on one of his.. Also I have bad memory, but either this video, or the one b4 it, or both had great filming of the beautiful swans and also some beautiful scenery., thx for catching all that., such an awesome view., bless yall.. I think I'm fixing to watch your last one of this trip.. I never saw Andy in his long John's though lol..
Always great to see a new video Simon. It's a joy to watch you. Love the tranquility. I'm currently travelling through England and I'm so happy to be here again after a few years. Sending you my best wishes. Keep safe🙏
Loving this. My brother and I are setting off from the Shrewsbury Weir at the end of July and paddling down to Gloucester. This is putting me in a fine frame of mind for the "voyage"
Would love to see you paddle to St Herbert's Island. St Herbert was an Anglo saxon Hermit who was friends with ST Cuthbert of Cumbria. St Herbert died in 687AD. Love the videos Simon. Thanks
Another great video Simon. Rachel made a lovely full English breakfast. I think the 4 of you had a good laugh as well as enjoying the paddle. Look forward to Part 3 next week.
that spot on the beach reminds me of wild camping, which I once did with a nephew. those are really supper memory moments for me that I often think back to. when I saw you there on youtube all those memories came up again. thank you.
Nice trip, nice weather and great friends. The kind of trip you hate to see end. Thanks for taking us along. God bless ya'll and stay safe on your journey.
It appears that you have an abundance of Swans in your country where in the States we see more ducks and geese. I also see dairy cattle but no beef cows, interesting. Beautiful countryside.
Loved it! That looked a glorious days paddle Simon. I’m surprised that none of you told poor old Andy he was holding his paddles upside down, again! 🤦🏻♂️. Hehehe.
I don't always enjoy videos where two UA-camrs collaborate. I enjoy their separate channels but not when they get together. You and Andy are the exception. I get the impression there is some good banter between the two of you. A bit of ribbing and playing each other up etc. Keep up the great work 👍

Tremendous Video what a trip. Amazing what you see down a. River. Those country lanes and footpaths far better than those busy roads out of everybody’s way. Cheers. B. K
Beautiful. Thank You for sharing your adventures. You capture exactly what we need in your videos and blend it with appropriate soundtrack ! First class !
Yeah, that’s almost certainly a rib from a wing structure - riveting pattern looks typical of a few US aircraft types. Quite lightweight, so floating downstream is definitely plausible.
Amazing! I got the opportunity to paddle 5 different rivers in the Puget Sound area of Washington State in the Pacific Northwest a few years ago. The climate and foliage here is almost identical to England. Brought back memories. Thanks for sharing.
Canoe trips are my favourite category! Epic moon in the river gap, almost a rain forest feeling in the lush green foliage. Very inspirational Simon! Here in Sweden we're having very little rain so far this summer so river levels are low in the southern half.
Beautiful Simon, my son and I enjoyed watching you explore on another fantastic adventure with your canoe on the gentle water, with warm sunlight, and the soft green landscape. Kathy and Patrick California
Nice I like floating down the river with you Simon. You need to learn how to fly fish there's nothing like canoeing floating down the river fish the holes in parts of the river were fish do lay down in the deep parts of water. You can catch some big fish. Do you have conservation programs they stock the rivers.
3:33 --- now THAT is proper! Thanks for your creative work Simon and gang. Those degraded banks and absence of any viable natural vegetation - it looks bloody bleak tbh
Bird song, inquisitive cows, secluded camp, happy friends messing about on the river. So enjoyable, so beautiful. Just perfect, Simon.
So true man 🎉🎉
I’ve been watching Andy’s videos for a while and you’re in a lot of them so I decided I would watch one of yours. Love it & subscribed.
One of the pleasures to look forward to once a week
There is nothing so grand as the silence that is only broken by the sound of the paddle falling into and out of the water.
It’s pure bliss isn’t it!
and the quarry.......dont forget the quarry lol......and the odd cow fart🤣🤣🤣
