If they were to do something really new then I’d expect the older generation (on average) to turn their noses up at it. It’s just an indicator that’s all

As someone who rode the wave of the eclectic, reinvigorated pop music of the "90s" (as if you can measure musical eras in 10 year increments) I felt like the last big year for pop music was 2008 and then it becomes the question am I just getting too old to appreciate new stuff... but BOOM Wet Leg appears and I'm just floored by the raw talent. 2 nice unassuming ladies just come along and remind of the sweet power that rock music can provide. Henry Holmes's drumming is absolutely integral to this album not just being noticed but skyrocketing. Wow, he knows where to fit in and where to floor it. The snare double here is just right.

Yes they're naturally talented performers whatever they do. They made this video and the video for Chaise Longue themselves. Rhian and Hester just get in front of the camera and they're naturally charming and entertaining.
