I discovered this incredible band at the final show Love On Tour of Harry and I was fascinated by them. They are so so good.
fantastic. so glad to have found a new band to like, it's been years. I think the last band I enjoyed discovering this much was the raconteurs.
Love the "come as you are" (or is it "man who sold the world"? LOL) undertone, chorus all so simple and beautiful, on par with "well I wonder" from the Smiths. Definitely my favourite track on the album!
In the back is a guitar that sounds like David Bowie's "Man who Sold the World". And I can't help to think about VIV ALBERTINE too, listening to this.

My only issue with the whole album was the inclusion of a sound that is remarkably like my timer around the 30 second mark. Pure evil to include it in a song about anxiety of any sort. Ye fucking glorious pricks haha

I struggle to come up with adequate comparisons but the one that keep returning to is the first Violent Femmes album. This record is just as good and likely to be just as timeless, just without the stupid male juvenalia. Brilliant.
