I would eat about 5 fork fulls, but want a bowl full, I can not imagine my pancreas, AND digestive system tolerating more, looks delicious.
They actually make lactose free cottage cheese now! (If that’s a problem for you) the parm is naturally (virtually) lactose free. It looks like it’d hit worse than it does - I never feel bad after eating it!
I just can't do Aldente pasta.. I think I'm the only person in the world that way.. lol. But it looks Devine. ❤
My mom is the same way! My dad and I love Al dente pasta, but my mom wants it cooked all the way. To each their own! 🤗❤️

Never heard of Nutritional Yeast.
It’s good! A lot of vegans use it as a seasoning but a lot of people in general like it. It has a cheesy salty flavor
It’s a great add! Just make sure to add at the end so it doesn’t heat up too much. It won’t kill the protein or fiber but some other nutrients could be affected ❤️❤️

Lollll yeah looking back I wouldn’t add them - not bad just didn’t add what I was intending (textural interest). A fried breadcrumb would’ve worked better!
You can also add toasted nuts instead if you don't want to add extra carbs. Just sayin'.
