I sometimes love watching your videos to fall asleep to. That being said, I also watch quite a bit of other mukbang channels for the same reason. However, a lot of the times, I can't stay because the food just looks too damn good and I don't wanna be up at midnight starving while watching somebody eat amazing food. 🤣 My point is that even though your food looks amazing too, I stay anyway just because of the positive, wholesome vibes and it's always a joy watching you cook food with such love. I also really enjoy seeing you put a healthier twist on meals. 😊❤️

No I do not throw up my food. I eat until I’m satisfied and save the rest for leftovers, and never show me eating more than I do. I know what’s in my food, what my body needs, and pay attention to how I feel to stop eating at the appropriate time.

Yay!! So glad you love it! The casserole from the spaghetti is Corningware Brand, it’s pretty old. The cinnamon roll casserole dish is Le Creuset!
