Grilled Flounder:
Flounder Fillets (Skin on)
All purpose flour
Cajun seasoning
Spray on cooking oil
Salt and Pepper
Grilled Pineapple Salsa:
Pineapple
Red onion
Bell peppers
Cayenne Chilli peppers
Coriander
Lime juice
Corn
Salt and Pepper
Other fillings:
Tortilla's
Carrot
Cabbage (Red and White)
Avocado
Chipotle Mayonnaise:
Culleys Chipotle Hotsauce
Best foods mayonnaise (whatever brand you prefer)
Sour cream
Lime Juice
Salt and Pepper

Hey boys. Well done. Take it from a long time cooker of fish. Red onions should be served raw. Cook them and they drop the purple colouring which actually turns close to black and discolour s your meal. Cook with white red for salads and raw.
