My son is living in Korea and got offshore for Yellowtail a couple months ago and got 2 15-20lb fish. Said he lost a much bigger one, but never trust a fisherman's tale. 😂

Kimchi is simple to make, the key ingredient I see a lot of novices/westerners miss is fish/anchovy sauce.
