I just wanted to say that I feel safe watching your videos when I'm coming down from panic attacks. Your videos have been an incredibly reliable and soothing way to ground myself in chess when I'm struggling with too many emotions.
So sorry you’re dealing with panic attacks. Having previously dealt with panic disorder and panic attacks, I know how fucking hard and terrifying it can be. All the love ❤️
Practice a martial art. A real one, not a belt buying business like Karate or Taekwondo. Your panic attacks will be gone for life. Been there mate 😉

i was working 3 jobs, and around 60 hours a week right before the covid shutdowns. i used covid money to move from my small hometown in alaska to upstate new york. i discovered Eric’s videos while working in an uncomfortable kitchen job, with an unpleasant roommate/landlord situation, navigating an eye opening and difficult relationship, and quitting alcohol all at once. these videos always helped me calm down and unwind. forever grateful for eric even tho he doesn’t know me. i’m glad someone else feels the same as i do. much love to you friend, good things are yet to come 💜
