      Man my problem with mouse slips was I get discouraged with my next move since I have things planned out. After watching these videos I learned not to give up right away and find a way to make it up.

      I tried to work it out and if he plays b3 then black plays Bxd3, white plays Qxd3, black plays Rxc3, and white can't take back cause the rook is protected, at least that's my thinking ^^

    He is better at explaining what's going on in the game than anyone else. I think it's because has a deeper understanding than the vast majority(possibly all). He also isn't in love with himself like a lot of youtubers that post on the subject. That quality of his makes him a lot more pleasurable to watch.

    15:40 Re4 is a nice alternative to what you played. kind of a rook fork, winning the exchange, or winning the centre.
    28:00 Again a rook move. Rook e2 defends the pawn.

      On the second one the opponent responds by going QxE4, you're forced to respond by taking with the Rook and then you lose the pawn anyway.

    At 15:44 I have a pretty interesting move sequence starting with Ne6. If fxe6, then Qxg4 threatening Bh6. If Bxe6 then Bxe6 and after fxe6 Qxg4 still threatening Bh6 and Qxg7#. Am I missing something or is this a viable option?

    I have a question, I don't know if you will see this but, when I start a pawn storm early, say with a4, engine says it's a mistake, then when I play something else next move, it says it's a blunder, correct move is a5...how is a5 correct when a4 was wrong.

    24:30 white to e4 if black takes it you trade knights and gain a fork on the bishop and the rook. With midlane open for the queen and rook moving bishop onto the knights position.

    Bob Ross is perfect, he should have the killing them softly in the background playing at all times. I do have one suggestion, @Eric Rosen you did a vid awhile back showing average view times and it was somewhere around 8 or 9 min maybe.. To pack as much content and shorten as many as possible. That is it. Love your channel.

      The opponent had just lost a bishop with no compensation and thus Eric in easy winning position

    I went 5-4 in the first tournament I tried. I got better with the time control as the evening progresses and won the last three. Openings like the London System, etc. may work well in tournament like this (openings where people walk into sudden mating attacks).

    19:22 bishop D3 doesnt work either. Bishop takes D3 and if knight takes, Queen pins, but if Black Queen takes on D3, pawn takes knight and White Queen stays defended by the rook
