Please include scientific reference for each claim ,ie insulin resistance is a major contributor to cardiac disease and cancer. A bold statement requires reference. I'm aware of the impact on cardiac disease but not to extend what you claim. And that goes the same with cancer. I strongly encourage you to use medical references.

All I said was based on scientific references. If you pay close attention you will notice that every study is referenced. In case it is not clear, here it is: International Journal of Cardiology 148 (2011) 85-90 / Diabetes Metab J. 2021 Nov;45(6):799-812./ Diabetes Care. 2012 Nov;35(11):2402-11./ Int J Mol Sci. 2021 Oct 15;22(20):11137./ Diabetologia. 2018 Jan;61(1):21-28. These are just a few, but there is a vast literature on the topic of insulin resistance and heart disease and also cancer. Hopefully this helps. Best regards, R

Physician here. Just to give you assurance that the evidence of relation between insulin resistance and cardiac disease and cancer is vast and longstanding (no news here). Granted, better public information on the subject is sorely needed, if we're ever to deal with this chronic disease epidemic brought about by the the causes leading to insulin resistance.
