I just happened across your channel, and I'm going to make this recipe! I make zucchini apple bread in the fall, and I'm bonkers for pineapple, so this is a no-brainer! But young lady, when you opened that mouth to sing, what a voice! I played with my family's bluegrass band in Nashville for years, and I can say you sound as good or better than a lot of singers! My family originally comes from Perry County, KY... Beehive Holler to be exact!
I've never tried pineapple in my zucchini bread. But I love zucchini bread and the more nuts the better. You are so right God is in control. May God bless you and your family.

That's so funny, that is exactly how I wrap up my zucchini apple bread when I freeze a loaf or 2... plastic wrap, aluminum foil, then freezer bag with the hillbilly vacuum seal method... stick a straw in the bag once you've slid the bread in, seal the bag all the way to the end with the straw sticking out, then I get on my knees so I'm level with the straw. Then in one big breath, suck all the air out of the freezer bag while simultaneously yanking the straw out and closing it! 🤗

Pineapple makes it moist and so good. It is the way I bake it. Just try it once then you will know which way you like it best. Good Luck!
