My son gave me this for Christmas and I was instantly 10 years old again with a mile wide grin, love it !
The classic alarm sound plays when you crash it, its the best part
The forward-facing blue LED is in the main deflector dish, and those two tubular things with blue LEDs in them are the warp nacelles (engines). :-)

I was yelling trying to explain that every time you called the Deflector Dish an Engine. As if anyone was going to hear me. :oD
Also, the two black rectangular shapes to the rear of the saucer section are the depiction for the Impulse Engines. On the aft of the saucer in between the two warp nacelles.

I'm impressed at how they managed to balance the dang thing.
I expected it to fly like a sack of bricks with all that weight sticking out the back.
But between using lightweight foam for the back, and ballasting it by putting the battery in the nose, they got the center-gravity pretty much spot on, with only that slight drift-back that you saw in the flight.
It looks fun, may have to see if I can find one.
Solid review of the Enterprise! I watched a few tonight and yours filled out what I wanted to know, thank you sir, well earned sub.
Remember NEVER engage the Warp Engines when you are in a planet's atmosphere.

I think the slow flight is a feature, the Enterprise should fly majestically so you can admire its lines in flight

The only problem I've had with mine is that one of the props keeps breaking off & I have 2 of them & the same prop keeps breaking off

I bought one a year ago, these air hogs are way under powered I took my stock battery out and replaced it with a 720mah 30c 3.7, with connectors so I can use my pro charger to bypass the stock charger port, I found it preformed soooo much better, did the same on my star wars speeder bike, star wars darth vader air hogs flyer, air hogs millennium falcon and air hogs x-wing fighter plane
THXkid, you did not tell us how much longer flight time you got. 5 minutes is too short. I would like a minimum of 15 minutes.

I converted my radio to Mode 1 throtttle on the right stick. indoor flyer only unless dead calm outside. Hope some company makes a larger version with gps etc :)
I fitted a small fpv camera where the bridge is and flew around fpv was fun indoors

Captain Genius mine takes about 45 min. The usb charger is convenient tho.

Great video, as always! I'm not a huge Star Trek fan, but my nephew definitely is. He'd love it. Have you seen the Eachine E013? It's an all-in-one kit for $35 that comes with the transmitter and FPV goggles. I was thinking of getting it because I just realized the Tiny6 doesn't come with goggles..Or even the transmitter, unless I order the RTF version.
I see this toy has been around for a while.
The “front engine” as you call it is the Main Deflector Dish in Star Trek speak.
It flies for 5 minutes so I wonder what radio or signal range is.

Ugh. It's not 'hyperdrive'. It's warp drive. And that center mass isn't the 'engine', that's the main hull. The front of it is the deflector shield/main sensor array.

I'm glad they used the Constitution refit design, but wished the nacelles were longer. I know that adds weight, but the proportions are weird.

Awesome drone. So cool. How the hell have they made this stable? I’ve got an Air Hogs Sniper Drone and can’t believe how stable that is. And £14.99. Anyone wanting to try this hobby out should get one. It’ll get you hooked. It did me. I’ve now got a Tello and am saving for a Spark.

You not know parts of star trek ship. Phaser sound. Tricorder, transporter, intercom, correct, tribble .....
Front engine is the deflector dish. The side thrusters are called engine nacelles.

I got the promark gps shadow drone do you think it is good I got it on black Friday. Enterprise A is from the SECOND movie. The first movie was just the old Enterprise with a couple of upgrades. The A, was supposed to be a whole new ship. (But the two look the same to me as well except that for the second movie they put an A at the end of the name.)

Too many people gave this a Horrible review. I Absolutely Love it, take some doing to get it calibrated, after it’s a great indoor flier. You could find these for $25.00 New on EBay. Being a Star Trek Fan Helps :)
I've noticed that price is now in the high $50 and some are still selling it for over $150.....For $25, I'd buy a couple and play chicken.....
It got a horrible review, because it is a horrible, cheap foam toy, that flies like the rest of Air Hogs crap... Like Crap! Air Hogs = Over priced junk. Always has, always will.
