I see some of the exterior shots have the peek of the roof cut off. Is that in favour of getting a tighter shot of the house? All in all great pictures! Thanks for sharing this it really helps.

My thought exactly…sometimes I struggle with getting in the peaks.
I think it's because they want the verticals to be straight. Tripod is probably at it's highest while the camera is straight. If my tops are cut off i just point my camera up and let my editor fix it in post just so I get the whole house. I often also use my drone for the front shot if the house is higher / on a hill.
Thanks for this video. You suggested moving further outside of the smaller bathrooms to show more. I have a problem doing that because it shows too much of the door jams and the doors. Is it acceptable to show more of the door jams so you can see more of the bathroom itself?

I shoot all exterior home photos with my drone. Only need to fly at 10-25 ft but makes a huge difference in proper perspective and not having to fix perspective issues in post

How about you set up a link for your subscribers and then you can do a live critique session for our photos maybe?
Good plan. You'll also then get a good idea how people shoot and edit oustide the states (I'm from the Netherlands)

Nice reviews. I am starting on real estate photography... maybe tou could review my first shoot? It was a 4 stories house, empty, still ending construction... but I think it was a nice exercise.

What are your thoughts on adding location tags to aerial photos? Like say there was a country club or park near by.
You should have us put the camera info so people know what equipment we’re working with

I guess you do, but the drone is not stable and the pictures might not match. 🤔
