Okay it's really nice video, something I recommend you is buy a leaf blower so you can clean the front of the house, another thing is if they have a hose just put some water in the concrete so everything looks dark and looks better

If you want to go the extra mile for a client thats wonderful, and hats off, however how much is your time worth and should you be worried about cleaning the property? I clearly state in my service description that cleaning and or landscaping is not my responsibility and that the home needs to be ready at the time of shoot, other wise there will be a delay start fee. This is also why I do the 1 hour before call to double check that the home is ready to shoot. Also, been doing this long enough to tell you the clients that don't care about your time and their listing being prepared often are not the clients you want to work with.

Yeah. Keeping your equipment in your vehicle when on your shoot isn't sound advise. This easily invites someone to steal your stuff while inside your property. You don't need to move your equipment around while on a shoot either. You keep it in an area where it won't show in your image. Closet, garage, etc. IF you have to move your stuff around better to do that than to come back to a broken into vehicle with the gear you left behind all gone.
