@@HealthyHamesha i walk daily for 60 minutes (around 6 to 6.5 kilometers), but i feel hungry very often for the whole day,( bahut jaldi bhook lag jati hein) is it a good sign or not?

First of all remove weight will loose by walking only....diet bhi major role hai is per bhi dhyan dijiye walk se aap ka weight loss ho na ho per aapko doctor ki jarurat bahut kum hogi Aisa mujhe vishwas hai. Ek simple formula kahonga khate waqt paani nahi Pina aur pani Peete waqt khana nahi. Aapka breakfast aur dinner ka timing same rakhe do early as possible.make atleast 10 to 12 hours fasting and u will see the magic...i sleep between 9 and wake up early 4 to 5 am daily. My breakfast is at 6 am and dinner at 6 pm in evening do as per your convenience results nahi Mila to kenha all the best...

Asking this because I am having Arthritis on my left leg as such cannot put much strain on my legs too by over walking, while obviously have to walk to keep heart healthy. Thanks for answers.
