      @@HealthyHamesha i walk daily for 60 minutes (around 6 to 6.5 kilometers), but i feel hungry very often for the whole day,( bahut jaldi bhook lag jati hein) is it a good sign or not?

      First of all remove weight will loose by walking only....diet bhi major role hai is per bhi dhyan dijiye walk se aap ka weight loss ho na ho per aapko doctor ki jarurat bahut kum hogi Aisa mujhe vishwas hai. Ek simple formula kahonga khate waqt paani nahi Pina aur pani Peete waqt khana nahi. Aapka breakfast aur dinner ka timing same rakhe do early as possible.make atleast 10 to 12 hours fasting and u will see the magic...i sleep between 9 and wake up early 4 to 5 am daily. My breakfast is at 6 am and dinner at 6 pm in evening do as per your convenience results nahi Mila to kenha all the best...

    Pahale Mai weight loss k liye
    walking start kiya. Meri pahale din ki walking itana acha laga,subah ki wo vaataavaran man ko bahut acha laga. Us din se mai walking kabhi nahi choda. Our walking se muze bahut phaayade bhi huye hai. Firbhi aaj k video dekhake our bhi motivation miltee hai walking Daly karane ki.

    Very enlightening and informative video. Thanks Doctor. One thing to ask. Does slow walking help and minimum how much time should a person of 50 years walk per day. Asking this because I am having Arthritis on my left leg as such cannot put much strain on my legs too by over walking, while obviously have to walk to keep heart healthy. Thanks for answers.

      There is no other way dear …. You have to take out time for yourself .. just start with 10 minutes .. don’t concentrate on 1 hour just you have to start👍👏🏼

    Sir I walk 30 mins in the morning, 30 mins in the afternoon and 30 mins in the evening. By God's grace I am fine.

    रोज मै 8-10km walk &वीक मे एक दिन 21km तक करती हूं (डॉक्टर जगन्नाथ दीक्षित लाईफ स्टाईल करती हूं )90kg वेट था अभी 69वेट है

    Thank you ❤🙏🏻 sir jo aapne walking karne k itne saare faayedo aur results k baare mein itne achchhe se explain kar k samjhaya but mai roz shaam ko hi daily evening walk 🌇🌆🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️ karne jaata hu apne body weight ko maintain rakhne k liye because subah time hi nahi mil paata morning walk 🌅🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️ karne k kiye toh kya shaam ki walk bhi body shareer ko faayeda karti hai.? because kaafi saare log ye bolte hai ki subah ki walk hi zyada faayedemand hoti hai body shareer k liye koi bhi bimariya diseases nahi hoti 🚫❌

    meri mother in law,83 age ki hai,, woh hamesha se bahut walk krti hai,aur itni zyada healthy hai k unhe seasonal sardi zukam khansi bhi nhi hoti,,na kamar dard hai aur na he jodo ka dard hai,,abhi bhi rozana half km chalti hai,she is ideal healthy woman,,jab ki zindagi may kaam bilkul nhi kiya hai sara kaam servants krte thay,sirf khana aur ghumna ye he kiya hai
